Stronger account security

We upgraded how passwords are stored and added extra protection against automated attacks, so your account and your clients' data are better protected.

Simpler password recovery

Resetting your password is now a single, clear flow: request a reset link by email and set a new password in a few clicks — available in English, German, Spanish and French.

New servers, faster performance

We moved EEG Expert to new, more powerful servers and reorganized how data is stored, so the system responds faster, especially for accounts with a large client history.

No action is needed on your part — all of this works automatically.
