We've released an updated interface for recording symptom ratings in Symptom Tracking.
If you or your clients noticed the screen looking different recently, this is expected — it's part of a planned improvement, not an error.
What's new
- A cleaner, simpler screen for recording symptom ratings
- Every rating now clearly shows a selected value, so it's always visible what will be saved before you submit
- An updated “Symptoms by Category” report view for easier reading of trends over time
